| Last week, IBERGRU’S quality management system obtained the compliance certificate with the ISO 9001 standard, having been issued by the Portuguese Certification Association – APCER, accredited entity by the Portuguese Institute of Accreditation IPAC. The certifying entity underlined in its report “the excellent cooperation and openness” of all the interveners and the “commitment and dedication of the high management (…) in the way as it accompanied and participated” in the audit, having IBERGRU’S quality management system shown “capability to satisfy systematically the principles comprising the reference standard NP EN ISO 9001:2008”. IBERGRU’S effort “in ensuring the abidance of its products and/or services, client satisfaction and continual process improvement” was thereby acknowledged. |
